Jonathan Yaniv / "Jessica Simpson" / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

Since Yaniv has adopted a 'Chekov's gun' approach to weapons ownership, I am curious as to when, and on whom, he will use the bear spray, that he has been allowed to keep.

I'm hoping that he doesn't bother to check the wind direction beforehand. Pro-tip Jonathan: The people downwind of you are the ones who are bent over and gagging.

Anyone who sees his posts of his gouge hole are bent over and vomiting

Apart from the "Damsel in Defense/Distress" nonsense just how desirable does he think he is? It looks as though he was arming himself for the dozens upon dozens of rampant fiends lusting after him...his panic alarm wasn't enough.
I think the "Damsel in Distress" part it's a mistake, not sure if from JY or from the court clerk who typed it. The "camera" is this concealed stun gun (edit: archive). It's not available directly from the Damsel in Defense website, only through third parties.
So, johnnyboy had two tasers, and two pepper sprays, all of which are illegal in Canada as we already know.

That hidden camera taser had me wondering,. Would that device be much more illegal in Canada? Some places view illegal weapons designed to be fully concealed as everyday objects as much worse than simply having the weapon itself. Take that camera. There is no purpose to it except to be used unexpectedly on a human being. I think the classic example of this sort of often highly illegal weapon is the Sword Cane or umbrella. In most places the law does not like weapons disguised as other things.

Heehee Donald has really pissed him off. Fat lad claimed MM "has ruined my life" a long while back yet it takes Donald's good news today for yaniv to do something about MM. Defamation? good luck with that jonny, You were being called out on your grooming before MMix was on the scene.

Bonus for Chris is that KF started archiving yaniv shit before MM set up (iirc) so all the earlier stuff is here if needed.

@Short Stack didn't take him long did it?:lit:

edited to add links

is it just me or is jonny essentially suggesting that MM's entire contents become a matter for open court? this would be epic if it actually happened, all his shitty behaviour as recorded on MM would become official public record, yes?

I don't think yaniv has thought this through, quelle surprise.

yaniv - "MMix says I flashed my moobs to young/underage girls on TikTok, I didn't"
MMix - "Here's a video m'lud"

yaniv - "MMix claims I asked my TikTok fans to bombard Langley RCMP about Donald Smith, I didn't"
MMix - "Here's the image m'lud"

yaniv - "MMix says I'm physically violent, I'm not"
MMix - "Here's a video or two m'lud"

yaniv - "MMix says I threaten people, I don't"
MMix - "Here are recorded telephone conversations m'lud"

yaniv - "MMix says I'm a sexual predator of young girls"
MMix - "Heres years of screenshots m'lud"

and the rest. Good luck proving otherwise jon boy because...

I don't see the strata giving him any info on other residents as it would open them up to a legal shitstorm were jonny to DOX or worse to anyone on the list.
Can members of the strata petition to have him removed? I mean this has to be affecting property values by this point.
Are there any links for reviews of his strata?
Maybe they can take up a collection to hire a hitman?

I wonder when will Yaniv reach Guinness World Record for having the most lawsuits against others.
This guy has a head start. except there's actually no such category, but in the US lots of potential contenders.

Big Boy Court needs Big Boy Bucks. Lodge a claim? Sure. Why not. Proceed to instructing a solicitor who would insist on the inclusion of a barrister to evaluate the merit of the action. Yaniv can’t handle the cost.
Also, a statement is only defamation if it's absolutely untrue. If there's any truth to it at all, it cannot, by legal definition, be defamation:
Among the six elements required for someone to successfully sue another for defamation is the requirement that the statement be false. If the statement is true, there is no liability and there can be no recovery.
According to common law the burden of proof relative to the truth or falsity of a statement is on the defendant. Truth is an absolute defense, but there are several considerations in determining the truth or falsity of a statement.
  • A statement does not have to be truthful down to every detail. A few inaccuracies still can lead to a statement that is true in substance. It also is important to note that while reasonable doubt applies before a jury, simple implication or a preponderance of the evidence is enough when considering a whether a person has been defamed.
  • If a statement alleges specific behavior or a specific crime that was committed by the Plaintiff, the statement is true and there is no liability. However, if the allegation is general, wording and implication become significant in determining truth. A person may not truthfully be accused of repetitive bad behavior if that behavior was engaged in only one time. Rutherford v. Paddock, 180 Mass. 289, 62 N.E. 381 (1902).
  • A statement is not considered truthful simply because another person said it. While it may be true that the statement was made by another, if the content of that statement is false, the person repeating it is liable, as well as the original publisher. Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. v. Robinson, 233 Ark. 168, 345 S.W.2d 34 (1961).
  • It is not enough for the defamer to believe that the content of a statement is true, although an honest mistake may be taken into consideration when determining fault as it relates to reckless disregard or negligence. Mathis v. Philadelphia Newspapers, Inc, 455 F.Supp. 406 (E.D.Pa. 1978).

It seems to be a common troon fantasy that all men suddenly want to violate 'her.' Brianna Wu "complains" about being catcalled all the time, Jake 'gnome' lawrence pretends that people who write about his nonsense are "chasing" him, Laura K Dale pretends that cab drivers want to kidnap her and do unspeakable things (until she escaped like a stuntman).

I don't know if it's all projection or what.

Has Null received his demand to appear before and submit to the BCHRT yet? Because you just know that has to be coming. Yaniv will sue all of us! (In small claims court with crayon scrawled paperwork. Pink crayon.)
