Is there the potential that his alt accounts were preemptively made by boogie/his lawyer to try and show proof of what a good character he is? Like they knew that he might end up in court over the warning shot so started sowing evidence? A lot of the Twitter comments go along the lines of "you are such a great person even though you had such a troubled past etc" and some directly refer to his haters/Frank.

I'm sure it's been posted already but warning shots are always a bad idea because that bullet you fired up in the air could come down and hit someone you don't intend to. There's many cases worldwide of guns fired up into the air and the bullet coming down and killing some little kid. Also, most "warning shots" are people who shot at someone, missed, and think that if they say it was a warning shot they'll be OK. Although in this case I believe it was a real legit warning shot, but it's still inadvisable. What goes up must come down and you can't predict who might be in the path of that bullet you shot at a 45 degree angle.

There is zero chance a lawyer told Boogie to make twitter socks. I would be surprised if advising such actions wasn't sanctionable from the bar for some sort of ethics violation. Why would a lawyer risk that over what will likely be a sentence to probation, community service, mandated psych eval, or other lesser punishment? Not only is this a low enough charge, for a first time offender, that he likely won't even get jail time, but lawyers have their own ways they run a PR campaign if this was a serious enough case to get national media coverage.
