Mark this day as history, gentlemen, as we have made lolcow history. For the first time in history, the best-case scenario has happened in court. A lolcow must face reprocussions for their actions, and we got some amazing lulz in court, even if they weren't from Lenny boy himself. Today was truly beautiful.

The court appears not to have accepted them. To get evidence admitted so that it's part of the record, first a foundation has to be laid for it. This involves authenticating it as being what the party claims it to be, and establishing that it's actually relevant to some fact at issue in the case.
That pretty clearly didn't happen. So Hy may have "accepted" it, but the court didn't.
Two words. Orly Taitz.
Well, it's a name. But she is, apparently, a member of the California Bar and is worse in every court appearance than Hy was today.
And now we know why.

The idea would be to discredit the railroad workers as reliable witnesses as they would supposedly have the ulterior motive of winding len up on here to discredit him which is of course nonsense not least because the incident precedes this thread, witnesses are sworn to tell the truth, none of them post here and lens own photos are pretty damming among other reasons.
Its a typical tactic amoung a certain kind if lawyer in personal injury claims when there is an inconvenient witness.

Unless he means that he was hit so hard with the lantern that his IQ has immensely dropped, I doubt that "the lantern is mind."
