Since then his family have been acting as if he has "a girl's mind in a boy's body". At the age of four, they "outed" him, dressing him like a girl, refer to him as a girl, and made the public refer to him as a girl. The truth is that nobody know what would become of him - even not he knows. But given the low percentage of trans (real trans, not non-binary and the like), I don't see any reason to assume he would have grown up trans, if they hadn't made him one as a kid.
