This mother is a particularly scary one. The way she refers to “the enemy” is bonkers. She sees Satan (I’m assuming that’s who the enemy is since he seems to be everywhere) everywhere. The enemy is present any time someone disagrees with her or uses facts that don’t line up with her delusional thinking or religious beliefs. Anyone disagreeing or telling her the truth - is “the enemy.”
She isn’t doing a “shameless money grab” her intentions are pure! Lol. It certainly comes off as “we’d like other people to waste money on this hopeless endeavor instead of spending our own money.”
I can’t believe she was doing a “bucket list” for a brainless baby. Pay for mom and dad to go to a fucking Colts game because that’s certainly what every newborn (brainless or not) wants to do. Also, plz buy us a colts hat to cover his exposed brain, k thx. Certainly not a shameless money grab to ask for vacays and sports tickets because that’s what Judah wants.
I was expecting her to claim that Jesus told her that if only she can get a pair of 50 yard line tickets Judah would be healed by Peyton Manning personally after he throws 400 passing yards.
It is common because all newborns, most small babies and some toddlers wake up during the night a lot. If one parent needs to get a decent night one will sleep with or near the baby’s room and another in a separate bedroom. It make sense that one parent can get a good nights rest instead of both being woken up all night and being zombies the next day. Babies apparently evolved to cause parents chronic insomnia.

They should have asked for the colts hat to cover the babies brainless skull. That would have been a realistic expectation. Maybe ask for some colts onsie, stuff normal people get for a normal baby. Nothing extravagant.
See, if you read the post, it's clear to anyone that the baby isn't gonna live. It's wishful thinking that it's gonna survive to see a colts game, any of that crap that they wanted to do. It seems like a free grifting thing, and anyone with half a brain can see it. They could have worded it better for sure, but this does bare minimal effort to not seem grifty.
How much money did they get anyway? Because damn, they lay the guilt trip on thick.

Not sure, still poking around their site. They admitted they got enough to cover all unexpected bills and went to Florida for her sister's wedding (complete with social media-friendly belly pics and writing their brainless spawns name in the sand). Plus they bought a bunch of baby shit including a crib even though they new damn well it likely wasn't going to live long enough to use it. I'm gonna assume they got at least a couple hundred bux especially since they had a FB page for their spud at the time (now gone)
I found them because a prolife propaganda site wrote an article about how they were totally going to abort their brainless fetus until another fundie and God himself supposedly told the mom to carry it to term. I wonder if God also told her brainless fetuses are a great way to grift?

In the best fundies-with-tard-babies tradition, this family has 11 children, the 4 disabled ones shopped for in adopted from Eastern Europe.
The mother whines about having to take care of so many children but that didn’t stop them from picking up two more this year. She‘s about as humble as the Empathic Nutritionist, recently going off about how many followers have ditched them rather than continue to support their tard grift. Ofc that’s because people are bad Christians, not that they already had more children than they could afford beforebuying fundraising for the newest two.
Fuck their non-sped biological children, tho. Those ones aren’t bringing home the bacon like tards do and are therefore left to raise themselves outside of family photo ops, while Mommy and Daddy tard-shop their way into heaven with pity bux.

Fucking christ, fundies who won't stop popping out their own biological kids when they clearly cant care for them all properly are bad enough, adding internationally adopted tards to the picture is just a recipe for disaster.
I bet even the tards they see primarily as objects to grift other fundies with, wouldn't be surprised if they end up "rehoming" one or all of them like that other fundie insta mommy when they get to be too much hassle. Or if it ends in a complete horrorshow with one or both of the parents snapping and going family annihilator ala Chris Watts. Or at least one of the kids ending up beaten/starved/whatever to death with the others removed in shitty condition, I feel like that's something I've heard about happening with fundies that hoard kids.
Either way, I doubt anything good will happen to either their disabled or non-disabled kids. Plenty of situations in the past have shown that this is almost certainly going to end badly.
That said, I know eastern European orphanages are bad enough especially for disabled kids that crazy fundies who just see them as a meal ticket might still be a step up from the living conditions these kids had before. Poor kids

Awful. They are adopting “special needs” because they are the only ones they can easily get their hands in Eastern Europe on AND once they get them home they get them a social security number and viola - disability cash benefits, Medicaid coverage, increased food stamps and tax benefits. Shit that household has prob made $40k in stimmy checks alone this year.
It’s nice to hear that even their church community has put their foot down on this bullshit. Anyone who has raised children (not farmed them) knows taking care of 11 children healthy is near impossible, esp since adoption means the ages aren’t spaced naturally. (When they are spaced naturally it means older kids help with the younger, because two parents cannot care for 11 kids) But 7 of these children are disabled and close in age so they are just running a modern day tard baby farm, only the govt and suckers are paying them instead of desperate unmarried mothers.
The lady stated they have been married for 9 years and have 9 children. Sounds like she gets bored easily and wants a new baby every year. Poor kids.

Reminds me of this Utah family. Four young bio kids and then adopted two disabled teens from Ukraine, because God told them to. The mother frequently says she didn’t want to do it... but God told them to so they did.
They homeschool the bio kids and ship the adopted ones out to special school every day. They obviously have an Amazon grift list. I have no idea how they afford healthcare, surgeries and wheelchairs, but I’m a Brit so maybe someone can explain how much their insurance must cost (or whether they’re able to take advantage of charity funds or something).
(Edit: I missed MirnaM’s post above about disability benefits, Medicaid and food stamps. That makes more sense now, thanks).
Every now and again the mom with have a minor breakdown on Insta about how she can’t cope, but is clinging to God etc.

Also, in true fundie fashion, instead of fostering-to-adopt children from their state (who do often have profound disabilities) they went to Europe because “white babies.” Slightly older Black and brown children would fuck up their Pure White Family vibes, or what? Why Europe? Helping kids from your own backyard seems more noble and “Christlike.”

Reece's Rainbow the place they link to and appear to have adopted from is mainly for international adoption of babies with Down Syndrome. They had to have really searched for any child with another disorder there. It's also prety damn expensive to adopt these children they tend to have info on the site about costs and some have been upwards of 70k to 100k in fees.

Regarding the adoption talk, I strongly recommend the book The Child Catchers: Rescue, Trafficking, and the New Gospel of Adoption by Kathryn Joyce. It is an eye opening look at these "amazing" Christian families who adopt children internationally and will stop at nothing to collect a shiny.

Yeah aren't fundie adoption enthusiasts just as batshit as the fundies with homemade kids? I feel like every couple years there some kind of horror story that makes the news about fundies beating their adopted kid to death or starving it or some shit.

This could actually lose some followers, fundies are very anti-D&D. They don't consume much media in general (if any at all), however they're especially strict about anything perceived as remotely "satanic" like D&D, Harry Potter, and Pokemon.

Although not unheard of, it’s not the norm. If anything it’s easier to have the both parents in the bedroom so you can trade off baby duty. Kinda sounds like he may be mentally checking out.

Ugh. Barf. There are so many disabled kids (usually Latino, Black and some Asian/Pacific Islander) lingering in US foster care. Adopting them would cost 10% of the cost of one of these EuROPeaN bAbiES. I absolutely believe race is at play here. It’s definitely no noble act. If it were, race wouldn’t matter
I think it’s common with newborns? I know a few couples who did it so that the parent in the non-baby room got uninterrupted sleep. Usually the moms wake up due to instinct and it forces them awake even if it’s not their time for baby duty. I see the merit of it, but not as a tactic once a kid sleeps 6+ hours uninterrupted.

Children with profound disabilities are eligible for state funded insurance in most cases. As soon as all the paperwork is done, the child is a citizen and eligible.
