The character description does fit, but I would be truly shocked if they make a trans lead/sidekick for a feature film. Maybe they're all in on chasing the Soul asspast train. My bet would still be on an insufferable short film. The last few shorts have been so existential and full of themselves, they send me into a funk. Same for Disney's shorts.

Here's something I've been wondering:
It is said often that MTF trans people are men imitating the women they are attracted to, "their type." The female image they imitate is very idealized, and usually doesn't resemble real women at all. Yet, many of these people seemed to have started out as shlubby, dorky beta males who had nothing much going for them.
Why is it that they strive to be their best selves as "women," but not as men? Why do they find it so freeing to be women? Do they see the idealized woman as attainable, but the idealized man as not? Or are they just too autistic to have real self-awareness, and only think of the kind of person they're attracted to?

Because they look down on women. They think 'being their best selves' as women is putting on make-up and acting like a bimbo airhead and buying clothes and shinies. Women don't need a job or income, they just need to service men for money and attention. They all want to be a 'kept woman' but they're so dismissive of women they don't even do the things a homemaker actually does, like clean and maintain the house, cook, take care of kids or elderly relatives, etc.

Several posters here rated this "disagree" and I find this interesting.
TERF used to stand for "Trans Exclusionatory Radical Feminist", as in, a radical feminist who wanted men to be labeled as second class citizens like how women were for the longest time. Radfems hate men and are batshit. However, troons don't hate radfems as long as thry get to be in the girl group of power, oppressing and possibly sissyfiying the second class cis bastards out there (and transmen if they remember those exist). No, they just hated any radfem who wouldn't say their girldick wasn't a ladydick.
Over time, it evolved from "man hating woman who hates trans identifying people" to "a woman who disagrees with me" thanks to troons calling any woman that doesn't obey the girlcock TERF. Cis men don't get the same treatment since they bully back, usually hard (and more troons hate cis women for reasons covered earlier in the thread). Thus, a new TERF was formed: the terf, any woman who is trans critical in any way. This new category now includes every cis woman who won't tow a twitter, reddit, or discord circlejerk's party line. This can be as mild as a cis woman saying say that a troon is biologically male (reee I'm a bio girl don't disqualify meeee) to saying someone needs to put more effort into presenting female to you never will be a girl and so on. A lot of kiwis in this thread are this kind of terf and treat men as equals (hell some even marry them).
Basically I feel you OP, and I feel like Terf really has lost its original meaning. When all women are terfs, no one is.

If you spend any time on fitness forums with a large male userbase, you start to see the meme "All women need to do is be thin to be attractive." These men don't realize this statement is not only untrue but it also implies that women are only trying to be attractive to men and are not in active competition with one another (something that the people in this thread also clearly do not understand).
A woman, to this type of shlubby man, is just a non-man who gets to laze around and be taken care of by men. That's what they want. They want to be their normal sit-on-the-couch-and-masturbate selves but also have someone else provide for them financially, emotionally, sexually, etc.

Yes, TERFs/ “Radfems“ (4th wave) and Radical Feminists (2nd wave) are different, though they have some overlapping ideologies. (Correct me if I’m wrong about the waves.)
Though I wouldn’t call them all batshit. I’d hate my oppressors too, if there was no foreseeable end in sight. I’ve noticed that the more aware someone is of the acts of oppression around them, the more they pick up on the even the most subtle signs. It easily wanes patience. They’ll bitch and moan, and probably give you a glare on the street, but at least they don’t go around killing people like trannies do over a simple disagreement.
If a Radfem condones troonery, that is called being a “Libfem”.
I.e the exact opposite.
I agree with everything said here. There is no punch to it. Being called a “TERF” has no effect on anyone anymore. Every woman, especially every lesbian, is simply a “TERF”.
