Depends. A ton of black hoods got shitty people with shitty parents teaching them shitty things, yeah - But any nigga can be taught. Honestly, to fix black youth, really should just get a program that puts the majority of them into military school for free instead of these faggy art schools and shit. White people stopped showing up amass because now that Floyd is done with, the rest of the cop shootings ain't treading as hard in the media yet so you can't that much social media likes/pulls when you walk around and scream like a tard.
