Not a make up fag, but I do know the answer.
It looks so bad because it is poorly done and unfinished. Too much for a daytime look for most people, unsteady hand, probably a cheap brand, and very much unfinished. Not a bad look, if executed right, but...it's not, and I'm not sure it's a good match to the face.
It's...not that hard to do better?
And I really, really wonder why troons seem to be allergic to getting makeup tips from professionals.
Seriously, it's damn easy to find guides to contouring, some even explicitly for people who need to femme up masculine facial structure. Google found me quite a few, including ones for specifically transwomen as well as just women who just have masculinize facial structures. (And this is what I mean by 'Are you even trying?' on the face. It's dead fucking simple to find this shit.)

Looks like it wasn't applied over the finished look so the eyeshadow was placed on top of it therefore washing it out.
The line isn't a clean edge, shaky.
Looks like it might even be brown vs black.
Didn't tightline so you can see the patchiness of the application even more through the eyelashes.
Never mind that though. Those eyebrows are a fuckin' crime. Those bumps beneath those shoddily drawn brows disgust me.

Just for the record, the main victim was a "trans man", aka a teenage girl. A female child.
There were a few teens they found online and tricked into this. idk if they were all girls but i would not be surprised.

Hate to sound like a fasict but these surgeries are the most pointless thing on Earth. They are total plastic surgery that people take out of some sort of strange fantasy drive. I appreciate the developments in this field and I think that FtM's can actually produce sperm being their own or from a donated pair of testicles.
if they can clone people in a lab they can probably re-create the process in a synthetic womb that can be put into Men. The Testicles can possibly be reprogrammed to produce eggs and be added into a womb system with silicon designed to replicate the flesh of the placenta.
