Not a make up fag, but I do know the answer.
It looks so bad because it is poorly done and unfinished. Too much for a daytime look for most people, unsteady hand, probably a cheap brand, and very much unfinished. Not a bad look, if executed right, but...it's not, and I'm not sure it's a good match to the face.
It's...not that hard to do better?
And I really, really wonder why troons seem to be allergic to getting makeup tips from professionals.
Seriously, it's damn easy to find guides to contouring, some even explicitly for people who need to femme up masculine facial structure. Google found me quite a few, including ones for specifically transwomen as well as just women who just have masculinize facial structures. (And this is what I mean by 'Are you even trying?' on the face. It's dead fucking simple to find this shit.)
