This brings up a interesting topic of "hololive management things".

Why isn't the Realm server setup as a monthly automatic payment? It cheaper and you don't have to manually keep an eye on the renewal date, so silly fuck ups like what happened for Ollie and now Ina today don't happen again. Only reason I can see why they have it manual is so when there is that period that no one playing MC during a few months or so they save a bit of money but in all honesty it fuck all amount saved.

I did the math for the people
Recurring for 6 months = £33.54
One time for 6 months = £33.99
Total fuck all difference of = 45p every half a year 🤔

It does bring up the point of why don't EN have a dedicated MC server again like JP (even though the JP one has it own questionable moments at times), but we all know the connections for all the various places the EN branch are would cause some interesting network issues.

EDIT: Ina just mentioned on stream that, Ame and her have talked about getting a dedicated server for EN. I wonder how that would go about since don't Hololive themselves manage the JP one and they are talking about having Ina/Ame have the server in their home.

Okay, I don't disagree but for a while there, we were seeing a metric fuckton of Kiara hate, Ollie hate, doomposting, etc. Not as bad as that moron but just a lot of people bitching about their "least preferred" Vtuber.

I won't lie, I'd rather see people chew out my faves for nonsense reasons than have to sit through droves of 'As long as they're smiling then I'm happy' carebear faggotry you see on Reddit and in the fanservers.

It really is quite amusing isn't it, this is like the goldilocks place for discussions of vtubers now.

Given the timespan between EN1 end of auditions and debut we're looking for around july or august. Though it could also be september given that EN was a bit rushed out after the Aloe thing happened

The only civilized threads on /vt/ are for tiny Vtubers with small communities like the Africat, Nina, and Koopa generals, largely because the latter was the result of 4chan anons performing some manner of unholy ritual to create their ideal woman and the former gives anons a semi-plausible reason to type nigger once every other post. Otherwise the place is a complete wasteland devoid of anything of value to a degree where /a/ and /v/ look like bastions of scholarly discourse by comparison, which is staggering to even type.

And while admittedly I am not exactly gonna consult local mosque about Allah judgement on 2d girls, the fact that there's a catboy vtuber reciting quran for content made me believe that maybe "vtuber haram" aren't exactly set to stone just yet.

Wiki is the last place I would check for good infos tbh. I do remembers about a guy Vtuber who recite Quran everyday and become somewhat pseudo virtual Inman (😂).
At the end of the day, it’s Islam we are talking about and everything could become haram at a blink of an eye. The last Islamic woman internet persona I ever heard of got “honor killing” by her family. I imagine HoloID girls must either non Muslim or at least half blood (still non Muslim) like Moona so even ID Muslims men can enjoy their content peacefully. Imagine some butthurts Indonesians mount a slander campaign against one of the girl (if she’s Muslim) with generic slandering like “prostitute, whoring, sex before marriage etc.” even without any proof, Muslims small dick energy and weird “honor code” will result in some misfortune.
