Its been over an year. Have they thought about getting googles and a respirator? They are back in stock now. Christ, a hockey chest protector, electronic shooting earmuffs, respirators, googles, and a helmet can counter the tear gas. I believe FLIR makes an attachment for phones, with that you can see through smoke.

I don't know if its the protestors that are pathetic or because I am like my puzzle pieces .

Anyone ever wonder how there's always one person with some sort of percussion/drum at these events? I'm not thinking everyone needs to be a musical savant and it's cool to have an instrument you play on your own; but every protest ever, there's always some little drummer boy, like it's a state law or some shit.

Off topic but I had one of those cheap thermals (FLIR Scout TK). Low resolution (practically useless past 100m or so), narrow FOV, and worst of all, nearly a second of lag. Assuming the cellphone attachment is even worse.

If you buy one, go 30 Hz or bust.
