As mentioned, for reasons that remain unclear, black people are given carte blanche to be homophobes, xenophobes, transphobes, racists, anti-Semites, and engage in absolutely all of the behaviour that white people are constantly castigated for, and we're now at the point when the few times that kind of bullshit does get called out, it's immediately hand-waved with "they only do it because of white people/whiteness/white supremacy!", as though the average jogger really has less agency than even the most ardent phrenologists of yore were willing to concede.

Spot on! The social justice movement denies the moral agency of minorities. It also ironically looks down on them as being too stupid to know right from wrong. Worse yet, it encourages minorities to be stereotypes (It's their culture!), it brings out the worst in them (Avenge the past!), and pushes exclusion, segregration, and tribalism (Don't appropriate their culture!). Then they act bewildered when they realize that not only does racism still exist, and that it's getting worse, but that it also is never going away. Of course, if racism, and other -isms and -phobias, ever did stop then it would take away their only source of personal validation.
