I like that Sophie didn't bother with hand lettering the translated versions and just whapped some text with a black outline on. Must have taken 5 minutes in Photoshop.
(I also find it amusing that the font looks better than Sophie's hand lettering).

Oh, so that’s why he hasn’t produced his comic for coming up to a third of a year. Like, fine, no reasonable person expects you to work yourself to death, but Billy’s career rests on a zero-effort comic. He could knock out ten in a day and take a fortnight off and still be considered prolific.

It really shows Billy's general view on his "work". I 100% agree, you don't want to force creativity. And, I imagine most successful artists, and probably even some of the less successful ones would also agree. That's why they ideally don't draw things the night before/day of to upload. They work in creative bursts, building up content and releasing it slowly over time. That way, they have more time to focus on what they're creating and if there's an emergency or whatever, they aren't completely screwed. They can also work on side projects/take commissions or whatever.
It should be even easier for Billy because of how lazy his comics are. His height of effort is maybe throwing in a background. His dialogue is just his facebook posts spread over 4 panels, and his upload schedule (when it exists) is far from demanding. He could easily throw together a few months worth of comics over a short period of time, but he can't even muster the energy to do that.

1 - it's not even a correct translation, I would have said "I bambini trans fanno parte della squadra".
2 - that upside-down 'e' at the end of the words 'bambine' and 'ragazze' is incorrect, and it's used only by a handful of wokes trying desperately to make our gendered language neutral. 99.99% of Italian people would be confused about that choice. At least the translator didn't use the 'u' as the last letter.
