It is quite disgusting.
Update: grey haired douchebag on court tv commentary just remarked about how stupid he thinks the ME was for talking about Fentanyl Floyd's heart when the argument they wanted was about respiration, and said how it must be some super secret tactic to talk about the heart in the context of how Floyd died because that doesn't commit any commentary to why Floyd couldn't breathe, which grey haired man asserts was due to DA KNEE ON DA NECK

Uh, dude, you do realize the heart pumps blood, blood which carries oxygen through the body, right? Heart attacks are well known to have associated problems with oxygen levels and respiration tied to them - even if air is getting through to the lungs you can still feel suffocated because not enough oxygen is getting through the body and the brain doesn't know how to specifically say "well air go in but air no come to me" it just screams HOLY FUCK I CAN'T FUCKING BREATHE WE HAVE TO BREATHE NOW FUCK FUCK FUCK in panic until it either starts to succumb to brain death or oxygen flow to the brain and rest of the body is restored.

Can people sue MSMs like CNN for making bold claims that the prosecution is going to win and then they eventually lose resulting in more cities to be burnt down?

There is just no way any of this isn't harmful to only show one side and then suddenly "lol haha jk, we aren't responsible for how we report or pulling your emotional strings"... you think they do it on purpose because they know that its gonna be more coverage for them for the next couple months?

On top of that I think it planted a seed in the left's mind, though it took a long time to grow and many don't consciously realize it today, but I think the Iraq war was the first thing that really started them down the path of seeing America as an "evil empire" that needs to be dismantled entirely.
Vietnam did that. Iraq just ended the shaky era of good feelings detente left and right had since the 80s and especially after the Cold War ended.

lol no.

You answered your own question.

Unless there is evidence to suggest that MSM is using a specific strategy of covering the trial with the intent of maximizing outrage and encouraging viewers to act violently, you can't really sue MSM for speculating how the trial is going to end.

Reddit is making me lose faith in humanity.

Some of those people really need to have a nice talk with some government officials about their plans for after the trial. Preferably while in the back of a van on it's way to an undisclosed location.
Hell, just look at Twitter.

So I've had a busy few days and haven't watched anything in regards to the trial since Wednesday.

So, the initial autopsy says that there was no damage or injury caused to Floyd's neck ... However, there is a witness that says that Floyd died because of the knee on the neck thing? Do I have that right?

Because, if this is what happened ... Then I must say that I see a few inconsistencies and conflicting things being said here.

There's no agreement as of yet what and when Floyd died, best argument so far from the prosecution is that as smoking and COVID doesn't do damage to the lungs of 90% of people, the only other possibility is that the cops murdered Floyd.

Hooooo boy, there's so much to unravel here.

Which narrative does the media prefer to have unraveled: That COVID ain't a big deal, or that Floyd took lethal doses of drugs and was a POS human being?

We'll see what happens, but from what I have seen thus far, the prosecution hasn't been doing a great job here.

If you want to catch up this guy right here n shit has been blogging about the trial from the prospective of a lawyer who is also an internationally recognized expert in the use of force.

The defense really needs to do a demonstration of the effects of kneeling the way Chauvin did on a healthy non dying man. Is there any likelihood of this happening?
Eh, that could work but you take the chance of offending the jury to a degree that they vote for a conviction, based on the fact that the defense attorney was a horrible asshole with no respect for the dead.

So ... Feelings over facts?

I mean, we're in Clown World, so ... Of course feelings are placed over facts in a criminal trial ...

Humans aren't Vulcans who operate on pure logic, maintaining the respect of the jury is important, it may not save or kill your case but it could.
If this trial was purely based on facts the prosecution would have never presented the case, or the judge would have thrown it out already.
