The guy living in the middle of nowhere in Canada is using a brand new system that is just starting to be rolled out, which is completely outside of the prior delivery systems used by either the US or Canada. Also, the US is a lot larger and less densely populated than places like Korea and Japan, which means a lot when you're talking about infrastructure outlay and speed dropoff over distance.

I was listening to Ollie while doing other things and understood that's she's moving to the EN server because there's little to do on the JP.

Personally I think it's a good Idea. That server is a few years old and it has pretty much everything done. Also Ollie has good chemistry with Ame and Calli (although it's awkward with Kiara)
