Didn’t he do this LAST time? Teased some big “song drop,” then chimped out when no one have him enough likes on facebook, got stroppy and threatened to withhold his precious song until people demonstrated enough excitement...then, when none was forthcoming, limply posted the song eventually, thereby utterly ruining his own drop with his sheer idiocy.

I wouldn't be surprised that the sample we saw is the only part he has now and he'll get the full video from whatever company is making the video. So as soon as he got the sample, he posted it. He did the same thing with that comic which served as introduction to his book. Just shared some images while the artist was drawing the rest of them. Don't think he'd be able to contain himself to actually 'generate hype'.
