You're right, we don't know that. But then again, the Monetization would be almost automatic in 2012 provided that requirements are met.

I am making the claim that YouTube networks link their Adsense to a YouTube channel in their network and it is not a personal Adsense by what I know. That is not against the terms of service.

This shows that you are VERY ignorant of how MCN's actually work back then. If you join an MCN, then they would take a portion of your ad revenue to protect you from copyright claims. That obviously isn't the case anymore and it is more beneficial to a YouTuber to NOT join an MCN.

Even if what was claimed in the Brian thread was true and this whole orchestration started back in December, AND if what that YouTube lawyer said is true about changing ownership of a Google account, (again opens a new set of worms that I won't go into) the fact of the matter is that the account was around since 2012, and there is no way in "what the unholy fuck" would any 13-year-old GIRL would associate herself with a softcore minecraft porn if her parents actually did their jobs and parent. This is called Grooming in some cases.

Freedom! Family Ltd would have been managing the disputed youtube channels for a cut and wouldn’t want to lose that cut. Their motives in filing any said affidavit will be called into question. If they’re colluding with Brian to hide Brian’s assets, that could come back to bite them.

I will see about downloading documents but in the affidavit freedom said they do business with holly and holly only. People should really respect holly as a person and stop trying to align Brian with her. Holly has every right to claim her property outright and if her network says they do business with her then that is the end game, I believe you have no grounds legally to state what type of business they do with holly the owner of Futuristichub channel and freedom is not ignorant to collude with anyone as I’ve read the case and Brian has stated he has no assets. Also I believe after hearing google or youtubes lawyer they stated a YouTube channel isn’t an asset at all. So there are a lot of things pointing to Holly winning her cases

Well she married a sideshow who made videos that were both in the realm of disgusting and cringe. Not a good combo. I mean, I know you say that that's not the case, but all the evidence thus far says that you were the owner and you're trying to have your wife claim shes the owner now.

I'm not a youtuber, so I'm genuinely curious, does adsense give you statement or anything like that? If so wouldn't it just be a pretty simple matter of pulling bank info from those statements and seeing who owned those accounts? Unless I'm missing something, according to her claim, her relationship with Freedom began in 2019, well after the creation of the channel.

In 2019, Ms. Bone transferred management of FuturisticHub and CreamWorks Animation to Freedom! Family, Ltd, a YouTube MultiChannel Network. With the assistance given her from Freedom! Family, Ltd., Ms. Bone’s business prospered.

So I'm not sure they would know, or have any reason to know, if she was the original owner of the channel anyway.

In the zoom call hearing, the youtube lawyer basically said that signup info and current info on the channel doesn't really matter, as that can be changed at any time and you don't have to use your real name. He then proceeded to say that you have to follow the money, look at where the adsense money is going to, and that will tell you who actually owns the channels. To that affect, Brian is basically fucked, as there is zero percent chance that Holly had a bank account attached to FuturisticHub when she was 13. That being said, you never know what the boomers in the courtroom are going to decide, look at what happened to DSP lol.

According to Holly's attorney during the contempt hearing, the Multi Channel network (MCN) that FuturisticHub was a part of is who got any AdSense money and disbursed it, and further the owner of it is willing to testify under oath that Holly owned the channel at all times, and all checks were cut to her. It should be noted that the MCN in question was allegedly cut by YouTube for being shady as all hell, which would come up most certainly during any deposition.

That being said it won't get to that point. All the posturing form this vapid bimbo's Mr. Magoo-looking attorney doesn't obfuscate from the fact that Brian himself is on record saying during court proceedings that he owned the channel, not Holly. If Holly had actually owned it, he couldn't have entered into any business deals with anyone else to begin with. The court was right to 100% hand Brian his ass the way it did, and all this fuck can do is hide from the law for the moment.

I say "for the moment" because there is no way that the State Department doesn't go through the extradition process against someone who has a $20-million judgment against him and he's fled the country to evade it. They've gotten involved for less, and the UK isn't going to want to harbor his fugitive ass.
