Yuuki is
a terminally ill child who played virtual video games alongside other terminally ill children as a form of palliative care. She contracted HIV after a blood transfusion at birth which then led to her contracting several infections/diseases.
At the end of Mother's Rosario, Yuuki
passed away while surrounded by thousands of other players in-game. She was in hospice the whole time that she played these games.
Basically, she's pretty badass. And she'll make you sob your eyes out.
