Sure, the original creator is abandoning it "70% finished" after a decade and sure, the lack of utilities is a problem, but once these hardworking and capable women can get away from the constant right-wing harassment to work on the Earthship that'll turn around. Especially once they get all of the sustainable ecosystems in place and they power the whole thing through the renewable resource of endless COOMING.
