- Skinny: actually seems based, reminds me of a black girl I went to high school with who was a lesbian and so butch she more or less just presented and lived as a dude, but didn't even bother with labels enough to call herself FTM or police people's pronoun use or anything. Comparing Skinny with these white FTMs is a great reminder that the SJW theory of gender is really only a thing among college educated white people. There are tons of people outside the SJW subculture who have alternative gender expressions and sexual preferences but they don't systematize it in this weird academic-political language, nor do they go on about it endlessly and make it their whole personality.

Well menstrual pads are not incontinence pads (something obvious to us that escapes this troon).
Menstrual pads would fail to properly absorb and dissipate the discharge because they are actually pretty shit at collecting anything other than (actually a very small amount of) blood for a short time. It doesn't even wick normal sweat!
I can only assume this troon uses menstrual pads because muh validation.
Menstrual pads causing rashes is a surprisingly common complaint for young girls learning what is most comfortable for them.
It also does not help that until women hit about 25 or so, menstrual blood flow can be erratic, so what was a comfortable pad one menstrual cycle may chafe the next but the damn things were expensive and was bought as a 10 pack.
It is also worth noting that the positioning of external female genitalia actually has considerable variation, which means there is considerable variation also in what brand and type of product is most comfortable, be it underwear or menstrual products.
This includes really unlikely items like string panties, and in turn, there are menstrual pads designed for string panties (to be used in conjunction with a cup or a tampon I suppose).

You would need a new manner of studying entirely for post-trans genital surgeries, considering they're done by people that wash their hands of you if there are any complications.
How the fuck can a urologist help out a trans man who got bottom surgery? Keep taking retroviral meds and tell them to shave their shaft since the graft is leg hair? I know I'm late, but there's more to this story, or well "their story". I remember that one of the scientists (I think Walter, but i'm not certian), had a trans Voice Actor in the stream. Once people learned of it, "MUH TROONS RIGHTS *insert Troon lunacy flag here" was spammed to high heaven. Then people who actually wanted to talk about whatever the fuck was happening told the lunatics to shut the fuck up because nobody cared. They didn't like that. They intensified the spam, and basically screeched at anyone who said anything besides "MUH TROONS RIGHTS". Wanye, being the retard he is, told his mods to not do anything, as by doing that, he'd "hurt the feelings of the mentally ill lunatic he's 'friends' with". Fast forward to their PR campaign about being wholesome 100, they labeled anyone who wanted to talk about the stream instead of the "troons rights omggggg 41% isn't real we all are wholesome 100" as transphobes.
