That photo is tragic but at the same time FlohrFritz is a lolcow in her own right. She's one of those autoandrophile detransitioned straight women who wanted to be a gay man - except this was before the internet was widespread and anime/yaoi was so popular, so she basically was before her time! I've seen her post tweets talking about how she would try to hook up with gay men and even invaded a male-only sauna (!?!)...

Most people troon out either for a fetish or as a weird form of Peter Pan syndrome. Hence why so many of them have childhood-related kinks (diapers, ddlg, puppy-play, etc).

Your 30s tend to be when your bioloical clock starts ticking as a woman. Now here she is with only mild prospects for work, very little in terms of accolades, limited popularity compared to other characters on her current active project, a divorce that was probably in the pipeline before her troon out. It's all incredibly self destructive at a time when she's probably feeling the urge to settle down and have security.

Lauding someone's self destruction is probably one of the worst aspects of troonism.

Go to any anime/manga brick and mortar store, Forbidden Planet or similar, and just look at the average person shopping around.

Also brings me back to when I used to watch (some) anime back in high school. I joined a Bong-based anime BBS, and the state of the people on there, Jesus fucking christ.

I raffed.

A Taiwanese girl I banged about 5 years back, who I'm still friends with online, is on the spectrum. She is obsessed with gay manga/yaoi, and will sometimes even span me a dozen pictures in a row at 1am, no context whatsoever.

Yep that's exactly what it is.

I don't understand how anyone can look at those pics and go "Wow that person looks so happy".

She looks like she's fucked up her life and might as well troon out and see if that makes life better.

I mean that haircut alone screams severe depression.

Makes me think she's trying to be as unattractive as possible which is even more concerning.
