And who was pinned down and having his head bashed into the ground.Trayvon Martin was not shot by police, but another citizen who had no reasonable expectation of police training, techniques, or equipment.

The thing that is going to cause Chauvin's defense the most headaches I think is Chauvin's service history. He was apparently a bit of a hothead in the past. Whether that had ANY bearing on the Floyd incident might be immaterial, it's likely going to get brought up by the prosecution and what the jury does with that information, we won't know until later.
I had a bit of sympathy for Garner. I don't know how that incident got to the point it did, I don't remember if there was bodycam footage that would have shown whether Garner was chimping out or if the officer had just decided to go ham on a big dude that was selling loose smokes.
Freddie Gray's case was murky in spots, no camera inside that van apparently? Heard of detained suspects thrashing around in a police vehicle to try and win the ghetto lottery but how the hell do you break your own damn neck in a police vehicle?
They deified one black guy who died from a drug overdose and gave him a 24k gold coffin while hundreds die every year from gang violence and don't even get lip service in the media. It's pure fucking lunacy.Wyświetl załącznik 1990296
Well you were close

It is lunacy, but it makes a kind of sense when you look at it with the lens of "focusing on internal problems is opening yourself up to weakness and criticisms of your bleak outlook on external actors/outsiders". If they stopped for an iotasecond to address the issues running rampant through American black culture they'd open themselves up to questions of just how much of their problems with people OUTSIDE that culture stem from ongoing issues within, and that's not how you extract concessions from the outsiders... or at least that's what I perceive their gameplan as being. They deified one black guy who died from a drug overdose and gave him a 24k gold coffin while hundreds die every year from gang violence and don't even get lip service in the media. Any stories on fentanyl specifically? Or ones where it's part of a combination of drugs?I have a feeling that people who are talking about restraining Floyd in a drugged-up state don't realize just how dangerous and quickly people turn when on drugs.
The people who do a fast 180 when on dope aren't too common, but there definitely are snappers out there and you never know who you're dealing with once the dope either comes out or goes away (the two most dangerous times imo). Or when being arrested lol.
I almost spilled my spaghetti everywhere to prove the point that NO, you can't deal rationally with someone on drugs. It simply cannot be done. They are quite literally out of their minds. If you want specific stories go ahead and ask, I have a TON of them.
No, because fent wasn't in dope when I was around it. Heroin addicts aren't nearly as bad as methheads or crackheads, just because of the nature of the drug. I've never known a violent heroin junkie, but then again the ones I knew were rarely in withdrawal mode and even then, they're just really sick and desperate for a fix, but don't resort to violence per se (I knew one who did time for armed robbery though). Whereas with crack, you can easily end up dead like my friend who died from being stabbed in a motel room by some randos he was getting high with.Any stories on fentanyl specifically? Or ones where it's part of a combination of drugs?
People tend to underestimate the sort of strain that a real fight puts on a person's body. Like, MMA guys train and train and train, and you can see them get marathon exhausted within 5 minutes or so.Garner was already on probation at the very least, and the protocol is to arrest in that instance. Instead of just complying peacefully, Garner decided to fight the cops and unfortunately his heart couldn't take the strain. Well, maybe if he wasn't an obese chain-smoker with pre-existing conditions it could have, but again - Garner is the one that chose to treat his body like shit and then engage in a physical altercation. So no sympathy.
Ted isn't a true believer, but he's the only thing keeping Portland from having a mayor who is.
7 strikes left. Can the defense not see the game being played? Once they exhaust their strikes, the prosecution will just use jury selection to move to railroad Chauvin into the cell or the grave, and the prosecutors will just strike anyone who gets in their way. We're looking at the OJ Simpson murder trial of a new generation, and we've already gotten to the point where it's all race, and the entire pack of cards is full on race cards. So pretty much floyd family paid to not sue the state police for 20mill![]()

This and the incident where a black guy on drugs shot a white kid in his front yard only received local media attention and word of mouth online, and that's the truly disgusting part. I remember a story a while back where cops killed an Asian man and it also didn't get blown up whatsoever. But the second it's a black guy involved, regardless of the circumstances, it's national news. If you need any further proof that the leftists pushing this in the media and rioting over Floyd don't give a single fuck about human life or human decency, this is it. It's an agenda and nothing more. They are sad, demented, and above all else delusional and wholly disconnected from reality either by choice or by ignorance.I can't sneed

"The black cop would have been killed", except that never happens in reality, like when a black officer murdered a white mom in front of her two kids, before having the state itself cover it up.

Honestly, if the American Left didn't make it "everyone versus a white racist society", things could very easily go the way of the prison yard, if only because minority causes are fighting for one spotlight. This and the incident where a black guy on drugs shot a white kid in his front yard only received local media attention and word of mouth online, and that's the truly disgusting part. Garner was in bad health in general.People tend to underestimate the sort of strain that a real fight puts on a person's body. Like, MMA guys train and train and train, and you can see them get marathon exhausted within 5 minutes or so.
Not everybody should be about race. Unfortunately, we are conditioned to jump to such conclusions.I can't sneed

A wonder if we're going to see more CHAZ antics soon. Soon, we could see the city sink into neighborhood warfare/turf wars in regards to the zones. When the only thing that can stop this shit is a march to the mayor's house, you know things are going to get spicy. And ugly.
Again according 1 of 14 witnesses; The other 13 claim the police didn't knock.BLM likes to make stuff up or stretch the facts, frankly. Breonna Taylor is the biggest example of this because all the information was released by police, and what they did seems pretty reasonable considering the facts. The warrant was no-knock, but they actually knocked on her door and then her current boyfriend started firing when they opened after multiple times, etc. Its a pity she got shot, but pretty obvious that was one possibility. The only person I would really care about within the list would probably be Trayvon Martin, but otherwise for every other person within the list- the police did act pretty reasonably and by the book.
