In reality he should stop doing that all together. Namely because if he's dumb enough to fight for a trial rather than plead out (still very possible), this type of behavior is within reach of any attorney who likes to 'net, and one that would want to hit him with the time. This would be of some use to highlight and show that the defendant (Shaner) regularly has a habit of stalking others and does not learn from this. In fact, he actually doubles down on that behavior because he's incapable of understanding that this is a behavior that will punish him and that as a private institution, Colebrooke has all the rights in the world to kick his ass out.

He's also a brick of a man and has at least half a foot over you. That extra height means he can weigh more and still be not fat, since you'll always carry more anyway, and it's not as noticeable. Also, since he does work, he has actual muscle which is notably denser than fat. Ergo, he may weigh more than you, but a: he's notably healthier and doesn't look fat, and b: god damn you fat boy look at that gut!

He told me he graduated trade school with a specialization in horticulture. Take that for what you will. If he really did go to trade school, then honestly, learning how to plant seeds in dirt might have been the most realistic type of education he could have been capable of learning.

Is that a degree as such? Not to be a jack-ass trying to make a hierarchy or anything, it's just that Kirby specified it was a trade school so I'd think that would be more of a diploma or internship or something. I can't really imagine a university giving a degree in horticulture? Maybe I just haven't been exposed to that kind of thing, but degrees are generally more theoretical/written knowledge whereas something like horticulture would be hands-on and practical. Maybe it's a BSc, I don't know. Someone help me here.
