If this bitch gets WLS, I will be MOTI. I get so annoyed that people think they can eat enough for a family for 20 years and then just "surgery it" away. She will be noncompliant anyway

I actually want Chantal to get WLS, because she deserves to learn the hard way it's not a magical solution.

In the eventuality she would lose enough weight to be eligible (she won't), she may manage to lose 40 or 50lbs post-surgery (which is nothing when you carry +250lbs of lard) then will plateau... before gaining it all back again.

WLS will be pure torture for her. She can't even stick to normal meals made of chicken, veggies and some rice for more than half a day before jumping in cheese cake, poutine and pizza. Post-WLS diet implies a full week of liquid, followed by 10-14 days of purée, and when you start eating normal food again, you need to eat two or three tablespoons per meal for a few months. Three bites per meal!

I only have one person around me who got WLS and really stuck to it. She's almost 2 years post-op and she doesn't consume more than 1 cup per meal, and that includes liquids (aka what she drinks).

Can you imagine Chantal eating + drinking a total of 3 cups per day, forever?

I did the calculation when she started hippo charging at Jen for being "twice her size". Jen is somewhere around 600 lb, but I remember hearing that she is taller than average. If she's 5'8", that puts her BMI at around 91.
Chantal is a midget. For someone 4'11" to get to the same BMI, they'd have to be - wait for it - 450 lb.

Chins is already exactly as fat as Jen is. And exactly as fat as the people on her fave show, 600 Pound Life. That's why she looks like a beach ball.

Is Jen really only a dainty 600 lbs? I thought she looked more like 7-800 .

She’s self-pitying in this video, but its odd because she’s also a bit giddy and by the end chuckling to herself?!

I think it’s because she’s said she in it she “doesn’t know how to eat“ now she’s definitely diabetic, and that she will be asking her doctor on Tuesday to see a diabetic dietician. She has also quit her intuitive eating dietician.

What that translates to in Chantal is “last hurrah until Tuesday because I don’t know what I’m supposed to eat as a diabetic yet”.
I think that’s why she’s halfway having to subdue a grin throughout this totally-honest-you-guise video. She’s bought herself another few days reprieve from the Real Serious Life Change thats definitely, for sure, eventually coming, for her to have to save her own life.
