if this was Trump, I'd totally get why he'd do it. But with Biden, I'm at a loss.
The only way I see Biden agreeing to this is if behind close doors they require EVERY chip fab to build backdoors for the FBI, CIA, NSA, and local law inforcement. Because he's pro globohomo and doesn't get anything out of letting our allies make chips. I know there's a shortage of chips and everyone is feeling the crunch. But if the Great Reset it to believed, its all apart of the plan.
