The cheesecake is sweetened with dates (presumably ground finely) and MAPLE SYRUP.

Here's their basic ingredients for their vegan cheesecakes, then they add fruit if it's fruit-flavored:
Organic cashews, organic almonds, chia seeds, coconut milk, coconut oil, dates, maple syrup...[fruit juice, fruit, salt].

Albeit, in her mind, I'm sure she justifies it because it's a "healthy, organic, vegetarian" place, so it's ok if you order a boatload of food. But keep in mind, this is only day one of her "getting healthy, eating clean journey."
