I'm amazed it took him this long to file an HRT case against DFS even with being temporarily banned from filing there. Going to be hard to win since DFS is a lunatic himself, the BCHRT doesn't like Jonny (can't wait for the HRT case against the BCHRT), and Jonny uses all sorts of ableist language against the poor sped who just wants to call out Yanivery when he sees it.

You would think that after falsifying evidence against Donald and targeting him so much he would piss off. The tribunal is going to put up with his shit anymore. Plus, Donald seems to be behaving himself.
He needs to be labeled a city menace and a vexatious litigant at this point because the way he abuses the system is just insane. He’s probably going to try and use that leaky wound for pity points but I doubt anyone will care.

He will blame Donald for mental stress resulting in his inability to work or some nonsense like that. At the end of the day, Jon got caught making fake evidence that directly led to Donald being thrown in jail, he has sent death threats to Donald, and on multiple occasions called him an autistic fucking retard. Donald could literally represent himself, offer just these pieces of evidence and say nothing more, and he wins.

The best apart about this one is that it could end up buttfucking Jon and costing him money for losing to pay Donald. As I said before, Donald as far as I know has been behaving himself, and good on him for that. He's very spergy and excitable so for him to keep a low profile is pretty awesome, dare I say I Am proud of him?

I think Donald realized he doesn't even have to talk, just his mere presence is enough to send Jon into downward spiral of hate speech and clown antics. Donald in my opinion at this time, has gone from low grade cow, to masterful Troll, all by doing nothing. So my hat is off to you Donald, you have won my respect, just keep doing what you are doing and DO NOT give Jon any ammo to use against you.

Donald doesn't have to have done anything...a bit like Chris Elston, their presence is enough for yaniv to have the court vapours.
 
Agreed that Donald seems to be handling all this really well now. I guess Kari deserves some credit for that too (as mildly cow-ish as she may be herself).

I’d be delighted if this was another occasion where JY gets his arse handed to him very publicly by the BCHRT,, but if his complaint doesn’t come within their jurisdiction they could just tell him to fuck off up front. That could lead to some quality chimping from him, but probably less so than if he was allowed to go further with the case and then given a slapping.

Either way, this is a grand time to be a farmer. He’s really hoping to reclaim his Lolcow of the Year title.

Wasn’t the idea there that Whatcott’s pamphlets had cost Ogre the election, and that this arguably related to his employment? I haven’t read the whole thing though, I figured it would make me too MATI.

ETA Just a thought. is he gonna use his gash to get out of all his upcoming court dates?
& then keep filing cases from the comfort of his tub?
I would not put it past him at this point.
And what will the courts do if he does?
