There's no true mania or even hypomania on display, all her depressive episodes are purely self-inflicted and/or played up for sympathy instead of actual clinical depression, and her apparent mood cycles way too fast for the diagnosis (ironically).

Cuntal's just a combination of dumb, impulsive, lazy, arrogant, and constantly hungry for attention. Her behavior fits a lot better in the cluster B personality disorder camp, in my opinion. Histrionic is where I'd tag her, but she's got symptoms of a couple of them.
