Damn, you ninja'd me. I'm not sure if Mr. Mayerson is really representing Len, or if Len just pulled his name off the internet, though. He seems to be fairly well-rated, though. If I had to guess, I'd say that Mr. Mayerson is probably representing Len, but is not actually aware of what Len's been getting up to here.

I'd say he's not aware. Any lawyer knows that nothing said here pertains to Leonard Shaner's charges in any way. There's also the added bonus that no matter what the context there's a mountain of evidence that Shaner is running a ton of hate sites and whatever "evidence" he thinks he has we have 10 times more to counter.
