Did she take lessons from Kays Cooking? I'm fairly certain Koko the gorilla could have done better and would have had cleaner hands. In all seriousness, I do believe she couldn't wait to dig in and drive her glucose reading to 400. Her frosting and decorating job reflects it.

Also, re: Chinny's racism, ableism or any other isms- She is an impulsive twat who will go for "the low hanging fruit" (as she is so fond of saying). She is cognizant of what she is saying, but can't get past her blind rage to put a filter on it and accept that there will be consequences for her words. She intends to wound her target with her venom, but usually just shoots herself in the foot. Everyone not Chantal are pieces of shit. She expects empathy and sympathy, but is incapable of giving it.

Her eating is no different. She is impulsive. She will go for the low hanging fruit Uber eats. She is cognizant of what she is eating, but can't get past what she is feeling in the moment to moderate herself and accept that eating enough high caloric sodium filled crap has consequences. She expects sympathy and empathy for her (depending on the day if she calls it) binge eating, but has zero fucks for anyone else's issues.

Classic examples of why anything "intuitive" is bound to fail unless she is getting behavioral therapy with it and has someone to be accountable to.

She went to a clinic because of shivers, fever, cold sweat and a very painful red flare-up in her legs, the clinic doctor told her that he suspects it is Vasculitis, told her to go the ER because of this + all her health issues. She went but it was too full of people and she couldn't wait because she can't fit in the chairs or wait for too long because of her weight. She will be doing tests in Urgent Care, but she doesn't want to go. She wants to go about 4am when its less crowded.
Family doctor not avaible.

Don't worry, the doctor told her it is not eating related. Not only that, but her shortness of breath may be caused by it too. This is not a new illness on top of others that should be causing her grave concern, but rather it is good news. Curing it will cure all her other ailments.

Also, she has lost her taste for candy and most junk food.

So, everything is going swimmingly well with her.
 
Peetz said he wants her go to the ER so he doesn't have to look for a new apartment.

Yet she doesn’t ever crave sweets anyway right ? She has always sworn she doesn’t have a “sweet tooth”. So what change has this intuitive eating made ? Also way to ruin Peetz Bday Jambooree with your sad grandma is dying and you have yet another illness that isn’t related to your obesity somehow.
