What is most likely going happen is he will be on the run for a bit. The thing is the powers that be will look at his personal network. Friends. Family. Associates. Thats where they'll look first to find him.

So unless he has some friends who helped him get a new idenity he isnt going be missing for long. He certainly cannot make purchases or get a job or anything normal under his current identity. Unless he wants to be picked up in a hurry

So how they wish to handle it when they catch him is what to watch out for. Will they try to make a media circus out of it or deal with him quietly?

As for he "doesnt seem political"? Nothing changes a person quicker then being persecuted. What the phrase? I just wanted to play video games? Today's cultural climate is designed to make the apolitical into radicals of one strip or another. I know cause thats what happened to me

He isnt on the run his family moved in novemeber because of threats, His lawyer offered to give the prosecutor the new address, provide they agree to keep it private they refused. Kyle's lawyer gave the new address to the judge and explained the circumstances.

The prosecutors are acting in a political fashion and this is stupid

It's only stupid if the judge calls them out on their bullshit. Otherwise it's just morally repugnant but effective. Like insinuating a man is a wife beater before a divorce hearing without any evidence. It'll bias most judges but unless the lawyer gets caught out and taken to task over it doing so can be an excellent move in terms of winning a case. Paint Kyle as a white supremacist bail dodger and you're en route to a win without any need for that tiresome evidence.

He's not gonna lead any movement. During the night of the shooting he was defending a store owned by a guy who openly supported BLM. Kid doesn't even seem to be political or anywhere on the hard right, he just decided to defend a business during a riot "for the community" or something.

He was mostly apolitical. He was also giving medical aid to protestors and such.

But now he more or less has no choice but to be involved with the right because the left is and always will be hostile to him. Which is why he's hanging out with proud boys and such.

Those are mostly 1st generation Asians that listen to what the government says. If you looks at the SF or Bay Area reddit they are trying to suppress this story and individuals are mostly ignoring it.

Internal discussions are much more heated but many organizations have been infected by leftists that will only care if it's a White man doing the acts.

I'll try to find a copy of the motion. Looks like the prosecutors office has known that Kyle moved back in November, but they desperately want Kyle's location to be public knowledge for some reason, which definitely isn't to expose him to assassination. I can't explain why they wouldn't agree to keep the information under seal otherwise, or why they are bringing this up now.
