These are the pictures that Len thinks will help him win his case.

I got these from the first account that got locked and I really really wish I had access to the message log right now because I literally fell to the floor, rolled into a ball and started laughing so hard that tears were coming out of my eyes and I started choking because I couldn't breathe.

When we were chatting, Len very smugly explained to me that these were pictures that he took from his camera. But this is the best part, literally the greatest part, and something that I would consider to be the absolute pinnacle of why we are all so intrigued and amazed by Len.

He explained very smugly to me that he was holding and pointing his camera at a train that he was in.

That's right ladies and gentlemen. Len was holding a camera outside of a train taking a picture of him inside a train.

Therefore there is no way to prove that he was trespassing, because he was on the train the whole time.

THIS IS HIS DEFENSE.
AND IT WILL WORK.

Because that's where criminals belong.

You are also facing three (THREE!) charges of recklessly endangering another person. Please share with us your plans to avoid conviction on those counts. (From this site: "Recklessly Endangering Another Person [REAP] is a misdemeanor in Pennsylvania, of the second degree, which is punishable by up to two years of incarceration. As there is no minimum mandatory sentence for this crime in Pennsylvania it is possible that there is no jail time in the sentence." If the judge stacks your sentences, that's up to six years of getting poked in the pokey, Len.)

And furthermore, the legal documents referenced above indicate that you were actually arrested on the trespassing charge. In the jurisdictions I'm familiar with, a police officer will generally not arrest a suspect on a misdemeanor charge unless the officer witnesses the offense. So why did the cop arrest your fat ass? Would the answer by any chance be "because he saw me trespassing"? Yeah, I thought so.

Edit: To add Len's possible sentence on three (THREE!) counts of reckless endangerment.

Len just has really long arms that can go out of the train he is in, and reach down one or two hundred feet down the track to snap the photo.

I think there's a crappy comic book character like that.
