perhaps the most retarded idea I've ever had

Probably not, sorry. Have nowhere to store such a coin, and there are other coins to keep in one's pockets.

@John Furrman can you do the die vectors?

Offer to anyone, I'll pay for the help. I'm not sure how they want the format but I think it's just an .AI vector with grayscale representing the depth.
I can make an absurdly high-res design in my drawing software, but I don't have, nor know how to use Adobe Illustrator. If there is another kiwi who could vectorize a design I make, I don't see how it could go awry during vectorization.

I think- very tentatively, that all I should need to know on making a design is how the die cast company interprets the image. Like, is it only black and white design, or maybe if they interpret gradients as a function of depth in the design. With that knowledge I and make a front and back design that would reliably transfer to a vector and then a die. So is black full depth and then the range to white being no depth in the die, or do I have it backwards?

I'm pretty handy with illustrator.

Yes I want this. So when the world becomes a mad max wasteland I can tell the shopkeeper that I'll buy the small cask of ale and one of the slaves for 5 silver sonichu pieces.

I’d definitely consider tossing some of my incoming BidenBux your way if you were to do something like this. Someone earlier mentioned the possibility of just charging like $100 for a coin regardless of what it actually costs you since this is primarily to raise funds, and I kind of like that idea, this would mainly be for me to support this site.

If you could get them made for $50-$75 USD I'd buy one, but if they're much more over that I don't know if I could realistically justify it at the moment even though I'd definitely be lusting after one.

Great idea, but if it can't be done economically I'd understand.

Edit: @Null my spouse is on the site and may be able to make you the dye vector. He'd need more information about what you're looking for, but he's got the CAD program / SolidWorks and can make the files necessary for creating tooling dies.

We also know a die maker if you don't have one lined up.

I really really need this . Yes please Jersh.

Wayyyy better tat than a tee shirt. Yes, I’d buy 💯. Put Dear Leader’s head on it if Chris Chan can’t be done. Or a growling, salivating dog with a crown.

(Did not read thread, if this has been said many times, just call me boomer.)

The coins / notes need to show Feeder Lord in his glory.

"I pay my hookers with C-Quarters" would be a shirtprint to walk around with.
