This predictable politics shit is somehow even more bullshit when you take into account other things Jim's been saying after trooning out. His big thing against capitalism in his new video being more or less "nothing is real so why care about anything lmao" while on the other side acting like he needs to be taken 100% seriously on everything he says should be taken seriously, because gender which is a social construct much like capitalism supposedly is is apparently supposed to be the thing taken seriously 100% and Jim's nonbinary but not really nonbinary because he's claiming to be a girl but since everythings a social construct wouldnt that mean we're following exactly the kind of worldview of "nothing is real" Jim's spinning? If nothing truly is real then we really shouldnt be assed to give a damn about any fucking 'isms or societal pressures, we should just fucking chill out and vibe regardless of what people demand of us. Things were kinda like that actually till the past several years where clout chasing political types started spouting shit about shit being "just social construct" and how that somehow means capitalism is bad and socialism is good when socialism's whole deal is social constructs. I've been fucking going cross eyed just trying to work out how there could be any reason for this other than the people involved all being oppurtunistic power hungry douchebags.
Mildly unrelated, but Jim treating "goblin" as a term for "queer people" makes my fucking skin crawl for some reason. last time I checked whenever someone's called a "goblin" it's either an insult about their face or a joking term referring to someone being short, spindly and energetic. If Jim, a hefty and morbidly obese adult begins referring to themselves as a fucking goblin I'm gonna fucking die laughing because this really feels like a lead into that.

Jim you fucking idiot, troons being "more visible" is exactly why there's a backlash. Normal people see them more, and even the progressive among them start to be unable to believe the fantasy that troons are some poor unfairly persecuted minority, and realize they are a bunch of creepy fetishistic perverts. Naturally, once you realize this, and wipe away all the propaganda that clouds people's beliefs on the transgender question, the rational response is wanting to crack down on the degeneracy before it spreads further, and more innocent people are victimized by your predatory ilk. Everyone wants troons to be less visible again because they aren't ok with the grooming of their children, and the creeping on women in private places.

It’s likely just an innocent joke that hopefully won’t be drastically taken out of context.
Before the general public seemed to be increasingly accepting of the idea of trans people with gender dysphoria who wanted to pass and went to a specialist and all that kind of thing but the British public are not accepting of the self identification part since it brings up huge amounts of issues.
Although I guess the government could just be crude and have toilets marked as ‘People with Penis/People with Vagina’.

At least in the UK troons are going to lose if non binary gender identity is the hill they choose to die on since most people only care about what they can see not how people feel about themselves (As in it‘s one thing having someone who looks like a woman or at least has put effort into it vs a man with a beard claiming he’s one), especially if it’s someone like Jim who decides to call themselves an imaginary, made up gender even if it’s an academic, gender studies approved new gender identity.

This is probably why TERFs tend to send trannies into a more autistic rage than criticism from anyone else. Imagine having an actual feminist, which is the prevailing ideology of the social circles you run in, be brave enough to say to your face, "Fuck off. You have never known nor will you ever know what it's like to be a woman."

This may be a controversial opinion but I honestly kind of feel bad for feminism.
