It's just autism as it usually is. Although autism doesn't make you bad at programming or software development or whatever, in fact having high functioning autism probably makes you better on average than the general population.

The problem is that spergs have a tendency to just miss the feedback that whatever it is they're doing is just not good due to their general social/communicative deficits. You see this is in its most extreme form with art/drawing (e.g. Sonichu), but the same phenomenon occurs more or less everywhere.

I'd also throw it out there that, if you're an absolute gun at something useful and you're autistic then you are probably massively less likely to troon out.
