I think being fat helps more for TiMs than TiFs. While testosterone tends to do a lot more than estrogen, fat distribution seems to be the one thing where E beats T hands down. In terms of passing for a man she would have pretty good chances, she's apparently really tall, might have broad shoulders (or that might just be her pose), and has passable facial hair. Except that fat distribution screams female. Even the mastectomy scars are less jarring than the completely flat pectorals to me (while that might not be the estrogen's fault, it's technically a fat distribution thing).

I don't know, but it seems reasonable to conclude that most troons are completely incompetent at everything they do in life. They probably love the idea of being a "trans programmer GF" or whatever, simply because they're short on personality traits. Doesn't matter if they're actually good or talented.
MTF trannies successfully propagandized for a while that " while the ftm surgery needs work, the mtf is advanced and very realistic". Honestly the results look like a crude approximation of the real thing in both cases, but I think they got away with it because ignorance of female anatomy is much more widespread.
