I will never ever understand the cognitive dissonance that allows a person to watch a reporter standing in front of a block of burning buildings with dozens of people swarming and hooting and throwing shit, hear that reporter say “These are mostly peaceful protests,“ and...just fucking nod along.
Like it’s all there in the same shot. All of it. How?

The best part is how he's obviously been coached by his lawyer, and the reporter is obviously trying to help him as much as possible, but he still comes off as the worst combination of stupid and entitled. "Yeah dog, I was like, tased twice but I wanted to pick up my knife again and just leave cos, ya know, I wasn't thinking straight."
There is no kind of racial privilege with regards to avoiding cop shootings, just 'complying with their commands' privilege and even that doesn't work sometime.

His lawyer is Ben Crump, race hustler extraordinaire. He wasn't stunned at all, because he's the lawyer part of the ghetto lottery equation.
Here is how he works-
Step 1: Find some gangbanger scum that got perforated by a white (a cop better still)
Step 2: Lie with the help of local media and PR firms to gin up sympathy and start riots
Step 3: Increase pressure on the DA/City until they destroy some innocent people's lives with murder charges
Step 4: File a lawsuit with bunch of defamatory (but legally untouchable) statements accusing everyone of being a KKK Nazi
Step 5: Take a massive settlement right out of the pockets of local taxpayers and give pennies to the gangbanger's family
Step 6: Suffer no consequences because the media covers for you because you support an anti-White narrative
He is lower than scum, the worst kind of parasite and the world would be better off without him. He doesn't care that he ruins people's lives by forcing unfounded murder charges on them, he doesn't care that he bankrupts small towns, and he certainly doesn't give one fuck for the Justice system he undermines at every turn.
He is purposefully pulling apart the social fabric of this country, destroying faith in our institutions of Justice, and stoking the flames of racial tension. He does nothing but destroy and despoil, all for profit.

A lawyers job is to zealously advocate for their client and ensuring that the clients legal rights remain intact.
There is a difference between being a race baiter/ambulance(or in this case cop) chaser and a Defense lawyer who is bound by professional, ethical and, legal codes to defend their clients innocence [if the client chooses not to plead guilty] and defend their client's rights in the court of law, no matter how vile the crime the client is accused of.
To allow other wise is to allow for one of two extremes (or I guess both):
1) Unaccountable governance where the government can just claim you committed a crime, with no evidence and just lock you away for ever. There is no accountability (since trials are public) nor anyone to help you poke holes in the State's claims that shows the State is wrong.
2) Mob Rule which is what Antifa/BLM want at least as long as they control the mobs.

My goodness. How could this dreadful state of affairs have come to be? It's as though these people, despite making matters worse with their presence, have no concern that the city will seek charges against their shitty behaviour.

I know this is old news but say you got looted/damaged by the riots, wouldnt you be able to sue these companies for damages for inciting the crowds to continue rioting? Maybe do a class-action with all the other people who got their homes or businesses destroyed?
