It's huge part of what fuels all the tranny porn subreddits. His story is otherwise extraordinarily typical, probably had some underlying paraphilic interests then finds himself bored and alone with time to kill and he begins compulsively cooming. Frequency drives escalation in fetishistic interests, leading first to cross-dressing and then to online exhibitionism for either the degradation element or as a prop for his AGP fantasy world.

Spending literally hours cooming leads to him being exposed to the idea of trooning out a bunch. Probably is aroused or else excited by the idea (he is bored, stressed etc.) as an escape but initially it doesn't really exercise a sense of possibility in him. However, overtime the idea comes to progressively dominate his thoughts leaving him vulnerable to having that latent desire converted into a conviction that he feels justified to act on. Rate me autistic but I do believe that really ugly people have such low standards that they have no issues with finding another equally ugly person.
On the other hand people who look fair to middling tend have higher expectations in regard to their own looks and are more likely to turn down potential partners they don't perceive as attractive as themselves.
That results in having a trouble finding partners no matter how hard they try because people think that they're above the the ones who would gladly fuck them.
