If you want my opinion on this, well between the Yellow Vest moments, the Ukrainian revolution, and the truckers who picked up the idea of disrupting food supplies -- they all have way bigger balls than the average American. Remove American bases from Europe that are enforcing status quo and I'd bet something interesting would quickly happen.
