Update: I finally heard back from my contacts in Montgomery County. Apparently Lenny did have a "police contact" yesterday (i.e. they informally told him to stop harassing/trespassing), but he was not actually arrested.

Any idea where it happened, and with what department? I've seen Lenny around my parts quite a few times (I didn't know it was him at first, but after reading more about it him and seeing him I recognized who he is), so I'd be interested to know if it was anywhere near me.
