Honestly I don't get these people who create a presence online to just break down, 7/11 is hiring and if you got no one and don't live in the most expensive cities you will survive. If that was the guidance my bad, but they should have just told them to (kill them selves) find a different practitioner as they could not help with the under lying problem.

So, are you sure this was labeled MTF and not for someone intersex or who had an accident, cause there’s more here than an errant ovary. There’s labia already constructed and the mention of the “pouch of Douglas” led me to a search
And it seems that is a female organ. Men have something similar but it isn’t called that.
Given the terminology used it seems pretty odd that they would have gone through all that detail then labeled it MtF. My guess is that this is a description of a surgery for a specific grade of intersex person. Where the genitalia is almost certinly female but nature copped out most of the way through (probably XY genetics with a Y chromosome that stopped working early in development)
Maybe some nutjob stole the picture and relabeled it, but it probably doesn’t show what actually happens in true MtF since the surgeon is working with a completely different set of parts.

"Le Femme" is French for "The Woman", but "le" is the masculine form of "the" in French. When referring to an actual woman it would read "la femme". A bit of self-awareness there, apparently.
