There's a methodology in Christian psychology* that uses the spiritual gifts as defined in Romans 12:6 ff. The model suggests that all people have a primary gift (what they're hard wired for) and a secondary gift (what they've acquired growing up).
If a gift is turned outward, it is used as God intended, is healthy and it blesses the bearer and those surrounding them. If turned inward, it becomes a perversion and corrupts the person.
A casual observation suggests Vic is an exhorter, his gift turned outward, and he encourages and lifts people up. You watch him on a stream for instance and the joy of those that interact with Vic is amazing with the smiles and laughter that accompany each appearance on his streams. He cares and it shows. Each person ends their guesting with smiles, joy and courage going forth. Exhorter.
His secondary, in my opinion, is giving. There are many ways to give but what Vic does is give himself to every person he meets. Every video I've seen of Vic's interactions with fans shows him giving of himself to even the most "fringe" people and they walk away feeling loved and like they've met their best friend. I'm a dried up and cynical asshole and even I feel a twinge of warmth watching and seeing these things. Giving.
In contrast,
@Ron Toye has everything turned inward on his self centered, narcissistic and self deluded person. His end is that he's a twisted, perverse and bitter little man incapable of any true love or compassion. He can only emulate it by stringing buzz words together and vomiting out platitudes he's read in his self help books while lying to others and himself. His own positions are so mercurial, I doubt he has any idea of what he believes. He sure doesn't see what a twisted, black hearted and bitter little man he's become. Corrupted.
TL;DR:
@Ron Toye is a twisted, bitter and abusive psychopath. Vic builds people up and leaves the world a better place each time.
