I read his auto biography a few years ago and while he mostly sounded normal, there were a few weird red flags in it, which I didn't recognize as typical troonacy back then... For example, he creeped on a lesbian and thought she should be interested in him, he stole / wore his step mom's bras, he got upset that a couple of girls kicked him out of a women's bathroom which he used to get changed. He also claims he came out to his dad as "transgender" back then but I don't even think that word was used during that time (I cannot recall when exactly that happened, but all his famous stand-up is from the 90s, so it was way before that).
