They absolutely say that all the time. Literally any time someone tries to define the term 'woman' utilizing biological reality, several dozen troons will pop up screeching "but what if a woman doesn't have ovaries, huh? Is she not a woman? Checkmate TERFs!"
But trans activists use hypocritical arguments literally all the time and have absolutely no problem contradicting themselves, and if you call them out on it you're a nasty transphobic bigot TERF who deserves to be raped to death by a beautiful stunning brave transwoman (who of course at the same time is completely incapable of violence and any instances of actual rapist transwomen are just myths made up by evil TERFs) with one of those trans-flag baseball bats with nails in the end that definitely are never meant as a threat of violence against anyone and are merely symbolic.
Really though, you haven't lived until you've watched a trans activist run themselves around in little circles trying to explain how "TERF" totally doesn't mean lesbian two seconds after tweeting about how "TERFs need to shut the fuck up about their genital preference and just admit they hate transwomen!", or - perhaps even more fun - trying to untangle the web they've weaved when complaining about "TERFs reducing women to their body parts" just moments after they've applauded a corporation or publication for calling women "vagina-bearers" and "uterus-havers".
They're narcissistic hypocrites to the core and they really don't care who knows it at this point, because they know that if anyone questions them, they can just cry "transphobia" and get that evil calling-out person blacklisted, harassed, and possibly fired from their job and/or assaulted. They win no matter what.
