I love schizophrenics, but they're also some of the most tragic people in existence tbh.
the parents probably have no idea about KF and it's not illegal for psychotic patients to post or go on the internet. The standard doctor can't go online and check every patient's phone/posts everything.
This being said having a phone on the ward is not a right and it can be taken off very easily if they abuse it.
