📚 Megathread Tranny Sideshows on Social Media - Any small-time spectacle on Reddit, Tumblr, Twitter, Dating Sites, and other social media.

And that says a lot about their perspective really. It's actually a bit creepy - a lot are so socially undeveloped and wouldn't function in any kind of real world situation.

It's like they have a extremely intense sex addiction and they wanna become the woman so they can fuck themselves....
I do think there is an under explored way that porn addiction really narrows people (mostly mens) capacity to see human interactions outside of a really narrow view of sex.

especially if they also watch a lot of (the retarded kind of) anime on top and barely interact with actual real life women
this seems to produce their view that women are childlike looking entities that are both cutesy but also only exist on a sexual dimension
and when forced to be confronted with a real women who might have opinions or not look like a 12 year old sex slave, those can then easily be discarded as evil ugly TERFS who are not what the 'real/ideal' woman is like anyway

This whole conversation is dumb because they already make video games for women. Who do you think buys most of the Sims? Or any sort of point and click game (my mom owned every Nancy Drew game).
I'm not talking about girly games, I'm talking about general-interest games which have a substantial female audience or might have had one if not for a dealbreaker. A 20% increase in players is nothing to sneeze at because what you ultimately put in your pocket is profit. When you're making a general-interest game (as opposed to a fidget spinner for autists, like EVE), if it doesn't compromise your "artistic vision" (lol), it can pay off to notice what brings in the women.

For what it's worth I've met as many trannies as women in EVE.
I would be curious about how many troons play an MMORPG.

We’ve all heard about guys getting sucked into WoW. It’s the perfect game for troons and for autists in the troon pipeline...can be a sexy girl, online social interaction, the validation for being successful you don’t get in real life...

It would be interesting to compare rates of autistic guys trooning out who have extremely online hobbies, versus those who prefer in person stuff like Magic the Gathering. I’m convinced a lot of these troons suffer from being terminally online and not getting enough irl social interaction.

Some of us women just like playing COD or Doom just the way it is. But the bull dyke demographic is admittedly small.
I'm sure the demographics of games like Harvest moon or Animal Crossing are significantly female too. It's the only things my gf plays.
I don't get this. I've always enjoyed most FPSs and never had trouble finding friends who liked them/had them too to play with on multiplayer. Maybe vidya is more strictly gendered than I thought.

I think it's difficult to say what appeals to women in games vs men. Obviously it hugely depends on the individual person.

My two cent:
- women tend to be less competitive here in a way I think, as in, we generally aren't gonna be that bothered if we have the most kills or whatever and we don't rage quit or throw our keyboard when we lose. Combine this with the treatment women get in multiplayer, at least when gaming with random people. I think this makes 'serious' combat multiplayer games about as appealing as a moist turd to most women.

- many games are still quite male-centric. Obviously this has changed a lot already in the last years. You will find women gravitating towards games that have a huge choice freedom and allow them a decent experience playing with a female character. We're not gonna like it when the game makes it obvious the designers/developers never thought this could ever be played by a woman. Women don't just play Stardew Valley but also games like Mass Effect or Rimworld that do feature violence etc but have relative gender equality and have features other than 'kill each other the most & bestest'

- many women that are in the 'gamer' age now, so like mid twenties or whatever, were as kids still discouraged to show interest in any games or technical hobbies. Me, I had a father who repaired computers and there was never any obstacle to me taking an interest in games or PCs, so I was a gamer from age 5 onward basically. But if parents keep you from that stuff as a child then your interest will probably just not develop, or just much later.

I think it would trend to near equal parts troons and women in MMOs, especially with how casual they've become lately. Guild Wars, WoW, FF XIV should all have a decent population of women compared to even a few years ago and with the first two there's definitely been more than a handful in the guilds I've been in.

With regards to in-person games like MTG my experience is limited since it's always been a casual thing with friends in high school. I would venture a guess that it would be about the same percentages as with video gaming, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was significantly more troons.

I know several women my age who met their other halves playing WoW. Personally I have no interest in stardew valley type stuff but I loved mass effect (shitty ending notwithstanding....) I suspect that what women gravitate to is the same kind Of thing that men do - ie games that reflect the sort of things they like. I like puzzles, narrative, sci-fi and fantasy, so that’s the kind of thing I go for. I imagine if you prefer blasting the shit out of stuff you’d like different games and if you’re big into strategy you prefer still others.
What’s interesting is that there games clearly aimed at men and at women, but the best ones seem to be appealing to both, either becasue they’re fun arcade stuff, or because they have something deeper going on, and it’s that that attracts people. Same as books/films etc. If your story is good, it’s universal.

the flip side of that is where your game is shallow and your characters are shallow to the point that they are ‘identity stereotypes.’ This has degraded a lot of media, I think. It distracts you from the story, and halts the suspension of disbelief you need to really get absorbed in a game/film/show. When you sacrifice narrative/graphics/flow of play to an agenda, you’ve already lost anyone who thinks.

FFXIV actually skews female in its playerbase over male.

It's rare to see a gender loon telling straight women to examine why they don't want to date other women on steroids.

Also why would you date troons who pretend to be the opposite sex when you can date people born the sex you are attracted too??

Troons think dating them is necessary but it's not. They can't compete with the sex they roleplay as.

Today in “things troons and their enablers are angry about”: Elon not understanding their bunself and faeself pronouns despite naming his kid something outrageous.

Is there even proof they actually named their kid that? I wouldn't be surprised if the birth certificate said something completely normal and all the X æ stuff is just an ongoing publicity thing.
