Not necessarily. In the content of that video she expressed belief that Ralph had not released it, and that she consented to it being filmed, but NOT to it being released. Ralph pressured her in DMs not to report it and has since admitted to her that he leaked it. So all the video shows is that:

a) She didn't want it leaked.
b) At the time she believed her partner's lies.

All she has to prove in court regarding that tape is that she didn't want it to be made public, that he is the person who made it public, and ideally that he did so maliciously. The other thing she has to prove is that he assaulted her since she's also reported that.

Assuming she has evidence I think her case is strong enough to have a chance of getting a conviction. If she has no evidence, then probably not.
