Isn‘t the point of sending your own slate of electors to provide SCOTUS with a remedy if they actually decide to not dismiss the case? Before it was “We don’t have a remedy, sorry.”, now it is “We brought you a remedy, let these electors count.” Not gonna hold my breath, but now there is no excuse for SCOTUS other than clearly being cowardly and trying to dodge responsibility. If cases come to the forefront from now on, I am going to be looking at SCOTUS to finally make a ruling that sets precedent, one way or the other, no more beating around the bush.

In my opinion, the only remedy for the SC on any given state is to say “its fucked yo” and decertify completely. Nobody gets it.
But the Court has already made it clear they don’t want to be kingmaker.
 
I think Trump is boned and none of that January 6th shit will matter. Trump is too much of a spergy retard (even if he has the facts behind him), and "muh disinfranchisement" will crush any argument.

That said I'll enjoy the Drumpf kayfabe till the bitter end, if only because he's not a cuck like 99% of the GOP.
