If human has advanced to the point that we can change sex at will, gender won't matter anymore. Anyone can be whatever they want and there will be no such thing as "transgender" too. Transgender people haven't really had much of an issue at all. They were once treated as an oddity, something that kinda morbidly fascinated people.... so i cannot see their point (i know a lot about troon history, it is quite interesting and some very decent figures did exist, haven't really found any evidence of oppression)

Heck - Gay men actually were murdered and jailed for being gay (in the UK) - that was oppression, the law changed in 1967. "T" really needs dropping from LGBT as the transgender community is completely misguided. So many of them are obviously mentally challenged, and so few actually seem to fit the 'old' criteria (imo, more correct) for gender issues..... namely a genetic issue on the intersex spectrum.

The world would just become that Twilight Zone episode, "Number 12 Looks Just Like You". Everyone would just be picking the faces and bodies out of the style guide presented by surgeons. I can't see any good coming out of that. We should just actually deal with the root mental illness and societal issues instead of depending on escapism into plastic surgery.
