No matter where you are in the US, getting put in inpatient is going to give you some issues. There's kind of an endless loop cycle of people being suicidal, getting put in inpatient, being treated poorly, doing outpatient, being okay for a short span, then relapsing with bonus trauma from inpatient. If inpatient is good at anything, it's trying to scare you out of ever getting put back into it. Unfortunately, Puppychan doesn't seem super conducive to "bad decision = consequence" rationale, and this might be a longstanding pattern. She's still young enough that I really do feel bad for her and I hope she gets her shit together before she gets too messed up. Praying for her.
