Another thing: I think Faith will go after a more violent felon after her parents have their guard down. Whether or not she'll abort the retort is up in the air but remember that she lives in California. There's probably a Planned Parenthood death clinic on every corner.
 
No matter how many times I've seen this exact fuckin horrorshow play out across the years.. with only the names changing.. still makes me physically ill to read this garbage.

The thing is Rackets is not in any way self-made. He's a guy with a trust fund who went to law school because he had nothing better to do. People like him are a dime a dozen in law school, and they typically don't last long as real lawyers.

There are plenty of private practice opportunities to make a good living in the Midwest, but not as someone with Nick's legal pedigree. What people don't quite understand about the practice of law is that it is very elitist and opportunities are all about where you went, who you know, and how well you did in law school. Going to a no-name law school in Minnesota with mediocre academic accomplishments doesn't set you up to be an attorney at Jones Day, or even practice mid-sized law.
 
lol i forgot to tell thread this, that one dislike on every snipe is actually ralph, he tried to ban someone who altered the spelling of the name damien as their handle and he saw me spell it differently than the user did in snipe chat instead of his own. he also got two more cope dislikes to come after he saw me point this out and pouted.

Overly optimistic or naive to think Ralph will live another 8 to 10 years he's on a downward spiral like a French fighter pilot in flames, I get the playing devils advocate hypothetically but Ralph has beyond doubt proven he's a disgusting degenerate who couldn't care about the guntling nor will he change course with his own train wreck of a life.

That is true for getting recruited to a big league corporate firms that reps industry and banking, or being in-house counsel; but smarts, ambition and personality get you a hell of a long way in most places in private practice. In my experience the majority of truly successful lawyers in private practice all came from little, went to a state university and then just rose up the ranks via bulldog tenacity, charisma, smarts, networking.... and for a few a complete and total lack of scruples. People underestimate how much sheer force of personality and charisma is necessary for attracting clients, navigating the system and swaying juries/judges. Look at Trumps former personal lawyer, Cohen, dude went to law school at the absolute biggest joke in the world.

Of course autists can rule in contract and real estate law.

Nick beating his chest about how he totally doesn't follow what ER does or what these mysterious "supposed" "alleged" leaks are that he totally isn't paying attention to was the best part. Nick, made his bed. He chose internet personality. He reads all this shit and it's now his job to do so.
